Production Complete!

Hey everyone!

Good news! Production for Legionary is complete. We are just waiting for everything to get packed and wrapped up. Right now there are some Chinese holidays, so there is a pause, but will finish packing on October 20th. After that, everything will be shipped to the fulfillment center for shipping to you all. I am not sure how long that will take. It depends on how it all will be shipped. If it is shipped by freight, it could take awhile. I will let you know by the end of this month on how I estimate the timing on everything.

Revival Design Company: Apollo Playing Cards Clover Back

I've been working with Daniel Nicholas, Jason Ladanye and USPCC to bring the first official reproduction of the Four-Leaf Clover Back playing cards originally printed by the National Card Company over a century ago. I love being able to bring an old design back into circulation for today's collectors.

Legionary Production Update

Hi everyone!

Pruduction

Production for the cards started last week. It usually takes about 4 to 6 weeks from the start to finish a production run. So, I am hoping to see these completed by either the beginning or middle of October. From there, we will be shipping everything to Dealez in Germany and to Tennessee in the US to start fulfillment. 

Surveys

In the meantime, there are about 48 of you who have not finished your surveys. Remember, this is how I know where to send you wonderful rewards, so be sure to get you surveys in. I will be finalizing the surveys by the end of the week. After that, all completed surveys will be locked.

Credit Cards

At the end of this week, I will be charging credit cards for all of the backers who have added on additional items. Be sure the credit card you used for the BackerKit addons are up to date and will not cause you to lose out on your add-ons. For those who did not add to their rewards through BackerKit and have filled out your survey, you are all set to go.

Kickstarter Funds In/BackerKit Surveys going out

Hey everyone!

Some great news! Everything is going smoothly and all pieces of production has been turned in for printing.

The Kickstarter funds are in the bank and the BackerKit Surveys will be coming to you shortly. You should be getting your surveys today or tomorrow sometime.

For the 25 backers that were dropped from the project, no worries, you will still have the chance to recover your pledges. That is the beauty of using BackerKit after Kickstarter.

BackerKit Surveys/Add-ons

This is where you are able to officially add to your pledges and fill in your shipping address. Many have wondered about their add-ons and how you will be able to be sure to get them. No fear! BackerKit is here.

In order to start production and to ship your Rewards, a few things need to happen.

•  First,  Kickstarter has transfer over the funds so I can get your rewards made.
•  Second I have to find out where I need to ship the pledges. I will be sending the BackerKit surveys out to collect this information in the day or so. It is important that when you receive the survey, you get it back to me as quickly as you can.

You do not need to make a login and password to fill out your survey, just fill it out and you’re all good to go! If you want to go back to review your info, just click on the link in your email again or input your email into our project page for another survey link.

If you prefer, you can just message me your info, but I STRONGLY SUGGEST using BackerKit as you will have the opportunity to add ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS on to your current pledge and help me make the shipping process SEAMLESS! This will help out this project tremendously, and help me get your rewards out to you quicker!

If you used Facebook to login to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey link will be sent to the email you used for your Facebook account. If you have another email you prefer it to be sent to, please message us.

Errored and dropped pledges

It is common for a few backers' pledges to fail to collect at the project's deadline.

Any pledge that did not get fixed within the 7 days that Kickstarter allotted has been "dropped." If the Kickstarter process reveals any fraudulent activity, these pledges will also become "dropped".

No worries, you will get a chance to recover your Kickstarter pledge.

We Are Funded!

Hey all, we did it! The project finished last Wednesday morning. My apologies for not sending this sooner, but it's been pretty crazy with all my moving chores. Love Tennessee!

So here we go! I am currently getting all of the files ready and should be getting everything sent to be produced in the next couple of weeks.

Here Are The Counts From The Kickstarter

Here are the numbers for all you collectors out there who really want to know the final counts:

• Kickstarter raised: $51,075
• Backer Count: 557

Production Order Count: These are the numbers I am giving to the production managers.

• Dawn Deck (Standard) - 619
• Day Deck (Full Foil) - 667
• Metal Card - 306
• The Arena Case - 287
• Dusk Deck (Gilded) - 269

What's Next?

• The BackerKit Surveys are coming in (less than) 14 days: I will be sending out an update when I deliver your surveys. Please fill out the surveys and get it back to me as soon as possible or else I can not send your rewards since I won't have your address. I will also send out instructions for fulling out your surveys.
• Playing Card Production - TBA
• Production ends - TBA
• Gilding Ends - TBA
• Shipping Starts - NOVEMBER (Estimated)

Of course these are all estimates. I will be sending out regular updates in the next couple of months to keep you all up to date.

Failed payments

In the next 9 days Kickstarter will be processing your credit cards. Sometimes your card fails. This happens for all my projects. It's normal. Most of the time it is due to expired cards.

If your pledge is good, you will get a confirmation email. If not, Kickstarter will help you with an email saying that the pledge was not collected and should guide you through the process of fixing the issue.

You have one week to fix it. If Kickstarter does not collect the pledge during this time, it will drop you from the project.

No Worries Though...

BACKERKIT TO THE RESCUE! I am using BackerKit this time around, which will allow you to recover your failed Kickstarer pledge. You will be able to fix your survey in a couple of weeks.

When you complete your survey, you will be able to:

• Confirm the accuracy of what you pledge for
• Add-on to your pledge (All prices are the same)
• Enter your shipping address
• Fix your payment if it did not work with Kickstarter

Stretch Goal Reached: Arena Case Package Redesign

Hey Gladiators!

We just passed the halfway point with 15 days to go and we just surpassed the next STRETCH GOAL at $52,000! Also, be sure to check the page for what the next stretch goal will be.

I have redesigned the Arena Case, so take a look and let me know what you think:

Also, I wanted to let you all know the Dusk Deck with the Leather Case will be numbered and sealed. I will let you know what the count will be in another update after the Kickstarter is complete. It will be anywhere between 300 to 500 decks. I know it says 1000, but that will not be the final count.
